This comprises structural insulated panels (SIPS)

Sustainable – high energy efficiency,
low U-values, air tight construction, low site wastage,
CFC/HCFC free with zero ozone depletion potential. |
 |
Egan compliant – faster construction
time, earlier commencement of following trades, improved
cashflow, factory produced for fewer defects |
 |
Space – reduced wall thickness
means greater internal area, ideally suited to provide
room in the roof |
 |
Financial – energy savings,
capital cost savings, labour cost savings, reduced site
wastage, reduced construction duration |
