This high-end renovation was completed in a live hotel environment, which required careful coordination and phased delivery to avoid disrupting daily operations.

The scope of works included full guestroom refurbishments, modernised bathrooms, and redesigned public areas, alongside bespoke hotel joinery expertly crafted by Cubby Joinery.

We created custom timber wall panelling, built-in wardrobes, and elegant reception features; all designed to enhance both style and function.

Consequently, the interiors now align with the hotel’s contemporary branding while significantly improving guest comfort and spatial flow.

Furthermore, the project included mechanical and electrical upgrades, premium flooring, lighting enhancements, and finishing work—all completed to high quality standards and within programme constraints.

As a result, the hotel retained full functionality throughout construction while undergoing a transformative renovation.
