Dressing Table and Stool Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The raffle is limited to one entry per person.
2. The winner will be chosen at random on the 27^thof July at14:00pm live at The Border Union Show and on Cubby Construction’s social media platforms.
3. There is NO cash prize alternative.
4. The Dressing Table may NOT be transferred to an individual who has not entered the prize draw.
5. The winner may forfeit the Dressing Table and Stool, with a new winner being chosen at random.
6. If the winner isn’t present, they shall be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date.
7. If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days to claim the Dressing Table and Stool, Cubby Construction Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner at random.
8. The winner may retrieve the Dressing Table and Stool directly from The Border Union Show on the 27^th July or arrange delivery to their home within two weeks of winning (no later than 10/08/2024).
9. If the Dressing Table and Stool is not taken from the Border Union Show, Cubby Construction will offer delivery within 2 hours of our Head office in Carlisle.
10. If the winner wishes for the prize to be delivered outside the 2-hour catchment, they must arrange delivery for themselves.
11. Alternatively, it may be collected from our address listed above.
12. The winners name will be used for publicity and will be announced at the show, across social media channels, via press release and the company website. If you object to your name/details being shared publicly please let the team know when you submit your entry.
13. No staff from Cubby Construction Group are eligible to enter the raffle.
