Set in the picturesque town of Langholm, this project is the sympathetic restoration and conversion of a former police station in to four new flats under listed building consent.
Works are well underway and heading toward the latter stages, with internal fit out close to completion. The final coats of paint are being applied which intern will allow flooring contractors to complete their works.
The existing facades have now been cleaned back to reveal the ornate stone work – lifting the whole appearance of the building.
