We are pleased to report the completion of this complex, but extremely interesting project in Scotland: Limefield Falls Fish Pass. With the new fish pass taking partial river flows, fish and eels now have access to the river environment upstream of the existing Weir – enhancing the biodiversity of the upper stretches of the Harwood Water.
This project was carried out collaboratively for the client partners and key stakeholders of West Lothian Council, Forth Rivers Trust and SEPA, who were supported by Aecom as Designers and Project Managers.
