Set in the heart of the historic quarter in Carlisle, this sympathetic refurbishment and extension of a grade II listed building has provided modernised open plan office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, washroom facilities and the addition of a steel framed atrium.

Castles & Coasts Housing Association Limited provide affordable homes and sustainable communities in rural and urban areas across the North of England, with around 75% located in Cumbria. This project in one of two office refurbishments we have completed for this expanding company this year. It combines three previous offices spaces into one, to deliver a more efficient working practice.
