The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to bring our projects, people, and purpose to life through engaging content and impactful marketing campaigns.

This role is a balance of office-based marketing work and on-site media creation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and has a passion for storytelling through photography, video, and digital content. If you have drone experience, even better! You’ll play a key role in promoting Cubby Group’s services, driving brand visibility, and showcasing our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing strategies aligned with our vision.
  • Coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, events, and PR.
  • Capture compelling photo and video (including drone footage where applicable) to showcase projects, people, and community impact.
  • Manage digital presence: update website content, create engaging social media posts, run email campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs, using insights to shape campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing activity with business goals and social value objectives.
  • Create professional marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, proposals) ensuring consistent brand identity.
  • Organise and support company participation in industry events, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Measure and track the social impact of our activities to ensure progress against CSR commitments.
  • Capture content on-site through photography, videography, and drone use.
  • Write and distribute monthly newsletters to clients and stakeholders.

About You

  • Degree or relevant qualification or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with proven experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in CMS, social media, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for design and branding.
  • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to travel (driving license essential) for events, meetings, and content capture across the North West and Scottish Borders.
  • Passion for corporate social responsibility and making a positive community impact.
