Set within 400 acres of picturesque deer park and ancient woodland, just moments from the vibrant market town of Keswick, this project delivered the creation of eight exclusive Spa Garden Suites, enhancing the resort’s luxury accommodation offering and responding to growing demand within the high-end hospitality market.

Working in close collaboration with architects Unwin Jones, each suite was carefully planned to maximise both functionality and guest experience.

The layouts incorporate a generous entrance lobby leading into a spacious, elegantly appointed interior. Guests are welcomed by a luxurious four-piece bathroom finished to a premium specification, alongside a beautifully designed bedroom that balances comfort and sophistication.

The project successfully expanded the resort’s accommodation portfolio, creating a collection of high-quality suites that complement the wider spa and leisure facilities while enhancing the guest experience.

The result is a refined and distinctive destination that offers visitors an exceptional standard of comfort within one of the Lake District’s most beautiful natural settings.
